So, this season I’m going to be joining forces with Rogelio Castillo and Chris Brown from the Tigers Minor League Report. On Monday nights, we’ll do a quick review of the Tigers prospects and minor league system from the previous week, and touch on all the main stories of the day.
This week, the conversation centers around the Tigers offensive woes and hopes for various top bats in the system, as well as a breakdown of all the weekend minor league action. We’ll take Josue Briceño, Jaden Hamm, Dillon Dingler, Jackson Jobe, Troy Melton, and other top prospects, as well as going through the results from each level of the system.
And we’ll finally discuss some of the clickbait garbage permeating Detroit media around Max Clark and various hasty opinions from people who should know better, and those who clearly do not.
We’ve collaborated with Rogelio and Chris a fair amount over the years on podcasts, and the three of us have kept up a running chat on the farm system for six or seven years now. We’re very comfortable with each other, so hopefully you get the vibe. The three of us have covered the Tigers system longer and better than the rest of Detroit media, and we have a pretty good time chatting it up when we’re together.
Please do yourselves a favor and follow Tigers Minor League Report on social media and YouTube, and I hope you enjoy this week’s livestream.
Here’s a little highlight reel from the farm system over the weekend to whet your appetite.
