Friday Open Thread: Who is the most fun player in baseball?

Bless You Boys

Baseball right now is chock full of dynamic, exciting players who are just a ton of fun to watch. These players can be the best in baseball—who among us didn’t enjoy watching Shohei Ohtani surpass the 50/50 mark and spotlight his adorable dog at games—but there are players on every team that are just as fun to watch without necessarily being the biggest superstars.

So, this week we’re looking out across the whole of baseball to spotlight which players are just fun to watch, because they appreciate the pure joy of the game and bring that enthusiasm to everyday to their style of play. Maybe it’s Elly de la Cruz who has some of he showiest steals in baseball. Or perhaps it’s young up-and-comers like Jackson Holliday or Bobby Witt Jr. (Maybe even it’s someone on the Tigers like Parker Meadows).

Remember, it’s not about who it the best, it’s about who is the most fun to watch.
